GIVEAWAY: doTERRA Breathe Essential Oil Blend! -CLOSED-

My friend Cher introduced me to doTERRA last year and I was a fan from the get-go!  So when I had a chance to review the Breathe doTERRA essential oil blend I was excited! And even more excited because my husband had a cold :):)  He used it and instantly felt relief.

The Breathe Respiratory Blend helps with:  Allergies, Asthma, Bronchitis, Congestion, Cough, Flu, Hay Fever, Pneumonia, and Sinus Infections.  You can apply it to your chest, back, or bottoms of the feet.  When I apply it to my kids I always put it on the bottom of their feet and then put socks on.  Be sure to check out the post about Breathe from My Natural Family.  They have a lot of great ideas for the use of Breathe.

Breathe has also helped with my allergies.  I love that I can turn to an essential oil instead of a drug.  I got a facial a few months ago and my allergies were REALLY bad.  My nose was running like crazy and my face was SUPER itchy.  I should have cancelled, but I didn't want to. :)  Once I laid down on the chair I started to panic because I thought for sure I was going to be clawing at my face the whole time.  But the aesthetician pulled out Breathe!!  She let me breathe it in for a bit and I was fine during the facial because of it!

At My Natural Family you can get a sample of Breathe for $1!  Or you can buy a 15ml bottle for $24.49 with FREE shipping.  Considering you only need a drop of it to work, this bottle will last a LONG time.   My Natural Family also has a bunch of other giveaway going on.  Make sure to enter to win more doTERRA Breathe Giveaways!  Plus other great prizes!!

One reader will win a 15ml doTERRA Breathe Essential Oil Blend! US only
a Rafflecopter giveaway The product I reviewed and the giveaway prize was provided by My Natural Family and will be shipped to the winner by My Natural Family. I commented on my natural family's website under recipes and chicken noodle. Requested a picture to add to the recipe and I think that the last couple of sentences were left over from another recipe.

My favourite oil has got to be peppermint essential oil. I use it in my mouth by rubbing it on the bottom of my tongue whenever a sore throat is coming on.

We use EOs for cleaning and to stay healthy. Mostly four thieves, but this oil looks awesome for spring colds.

Gardner Village Series: Country Furniture & Gifts

Gardner Village is a local treasure. If you've never found your way down there, October is the month to do it!  The shop owners love Halloween! The village becomes a witch village and many times, shop owners will even dress up.   On my most recent trip to Gardner Village, I stopped in at Country Furniture & Gifts which is a store very ready for Halloween.

The store is located in part of the old restored flour mill built in 1877 by Archibald Gardner in West Jordan, Utah.  The store is very family oriented and houses many built-to-last items such as dining room tables, sofas, beds and chairs.  They are also famous for their rug room where many of their rugs are still USA made. As they say, "A rug makes a huge impact for a minimum investment to any room."

The home accessories and giftware are amazing!  They have all sorts of decor for all sorts of personalities. Please be sure to pay them a visit.  It's worth it!
