My friend Cher introduced me to doTERRA last year and I was a fan from the get-go!  So when I had a chance to review the Breathe doTERRA essential oil blend I was excited! And even more excited because my husband had a cold :):)  He used it and instantly felt relief.

My favourite oil has got to be peppermint essential oil. I use it in my mouth by rubbing it on the bottom of my tongue whenever a sore throat is coming on.
