Homestead Resort has an annual Fall Festival!

This year it's on Oct. 13th and 20th with activities for the whole family, including horse-drawn hayrides, a pumpkin patch and pumpkin decorating, spooky story time, complimentary hand treatments and more! I remember going to the Homestead Resort as a kid with my family and it was always an amazing time! Plus it's so pretty there!!

When: Saturday, Oct. 13, and

Saturday, Oct. 20, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Attendees will receive special discounts for the gift shop, restaurants, spa treatments, and lodging will be discounted to $119 at the Zermatt and $109 at the Homestead Resort. Hayride and Pumpkin Patch are included in room rate.

Local business will participate in a scarecrow contest and decorate more than 50 scarecrows for display on the expansive front lawn of the Homestead. Guests will vote and their favorites, and prizes will be awarded. Chef Joey Pesner will offer fall barbeque favorites as well. To learn more, visit www.homesteadresort.com.

Winner I have carried my little boy in a baby carrier since he was born. I love the convenience of strapping him in and not worrying about the hassle of a bulky stroller. I immediately noticed that the carrier more evenly distributed my son's weight than my normal carrier and held my boy high so my legs weren't bumping into his.
