How to make Freezer Fries!

Check out what I scored at Smith's (Kroger) today! Normally I wouldn't buy potatoes on a "manager's special" because I would be afraid of the quick to form eyes. But I'm turning this whole bag into Freezer Fries! It's birthday season at my house and fries are always requested. I thought this would be way cheaper than eating out and better on their guts :):) Plus I'm going to count cutting them up as my exercise for the day..lol
