Finishing Our Bathroom with IKEA!

New Showroom at IKEA
Anyone else love IKEA?!  Every time I go there I'm amazed with how cheap everything is!  So when we needed to finish our bathroom upstairs naturally IKEA is the place to check first.  Sure enough I found items that matched our bathroom and style with the total being $26!!

A few years ago we bought a crappy house and completely gutted it.  It's mostly done but the upstairs bathroom has remained unfinished.  We have a pitched roof so our bathroom is part of what used to be yucky attic space.  Now it's a bathroom for average height people...lol  Also you'll notice there is no door (lol) that will be the last detail. :)

Here are the items I got from IKEA for $26:
Towel Bar (the 2 bars swing out)
Toilet Paper Holder (toilet paper not included lol)
Towel Hanger
Shower Curtain

Here my daughter is helping with the installation.  The finished job looks so great!
It will be nice to have towels and toilet paper not randomly sitting on things.
Yeah!

Another thing I love about IKEA is that they not only have great contemporary items for average households but they have all kinds of options for tight spaces!
Or even if you don't have a small space necessarily but want space saving furniture/finishes, this is the place to shop!  It's motivating/inspiring to go and see all of their showrooms.  I always take lots of pictures to keep the motivation alive.
Nice to have this project done...on to the next one!

Thanks to SNAP and IKEA for providing a gift card so that I could finish my bathroom!  No other compensation was received.  All opinions are my own.

Looks great! I love Ikea too - they have lots of great stuff for small spaces. I have a $199 wardrobe from there that is the nicest closet I've ever owned.
Thanks Daisy!
That's good to know Nat! We need to buy a closet for our son! Thanks for your comments!!

GIVEAWAY: ERGObaby Carrier! -CLOSED-

Winner I have carried my little boy in a baby carrier since he was born. I love the convenience of strapping him in and not worrying about the hassle of a bulky stroller. It's also a comfort to hold my little guy close and safe. When I had the chance to review the ERGObaby carrier, I was thrilled to try something that could extend my baby wearing days. My first test was a true one...Costco. I admit that I didn't really look at the directions when I put the carrier on in the parking lot. But I didn't need to! After one look at a picture in the user manual, I strapped my 20 pound boy in, placed my little girl in the shopping cart, and started on my way through the aisles of Costco. I immediately noticed that the carrier more evenly distributed my son's weight than my normal carrier and held my boy high so my legs weren't bumping into his. This made it significantly easier to tote him around the store. Indeed my normal trips to Costco are exhausting. But
