I did it, 30 Bikram yoga classes in 30 days! How amazing is that! Why is the picture foggy?? It's the sweat fog..lol  My Bikram 30-day challenge began as an investigation. I have been curious for a long time, hearing this and that of how wonderful it is, body changing, life changing, etc. My investigation began with a curious seed that grew to a love and appreciation for Bikram yoga. I'm not sure what I expected exactly. I was excited to be "working out" daily, but didn't realize the mental aspects I would also gain. Physically it's nice to go into class and know what you're going to get. I know I am going to get a great workout. I know I'm also gong to stretch and cleanse my body like the dickens! I have loved the physical perks that came with this challenge. I lost weight, even inches, and feel and look more tone. I feel super healthy, strong and flexible long after class is over. I am more conscious of what I put in my body because

Winner This is such a great idea!  You can personalize games now with I Built It!   We received the Memory Match  + Tic Tac Toe game to review.  Not only is it fun to play with my 3 year old, but it was fun to make too! Looking for some fun iPhone apps ?  I was able to try out a few from Ruckus Mobile Media and they are really great original apps for kids!  Your able to enter into the stories by reading, seeing, tilting, touching and turning with these creative apps.  Whether you want to hear the stories by celebrities or Grandpa, some give you the chance to do both. :)  These are the ones I tried: Andrew Answers is a fun story about a boy and his journey to the Oval Office.  As Andrew goes to different places there are fun mazes to do!  You just move your phone around to get him where he needs to go.  (I kept trying to move him with my finger :)  This is fun for both of my young kids as a narrator tells the story. Velveteen Rabbit is another great story that is nice to have at your fingertips.
