This towel from Yogamatic has so many uses it's almost ridiculous. It can be used as a yoga mat all by itself (for example over carpet)!   I haven't used it for all the uses I'll mention because I've been in the throws of my 30 day challenge with Bikram yoga . I do know I look forward to using it to it's max potential! ;) First off, the Yogamatic towel isn't an ordinary bath towel. It IS one of the coolest products I've seen lately. So as I said on Facebook , I didn't make it to Sunflower Market because my kids are sick.  I sent my husband at 7:30 and the lines were WAY to long for his level of waiting endurance.  Oh well..  Sarah was #174 though out of 200 and got the above bag filled with groceries!   jealous... I think my kids have croup. :(  So I took them on a walk in the coolish air (that's what you do right??)  We ended up at the new Whole Foods at Trolley Square.  It's so pretty!  When you go make sure to pick up The Whole Deal, it has lots of store coupons in it that can be stacked with manufacture coupons! My favorite coupon is the $1/1 ANY Muir Glen product.  (in The Whole Deal) Organic Tomato Paste is $1.19...so .19!  I wasn't prepared with loads of coupons so it was a small trip. Grapes are .99/lb.!!  side note--my husband felt guilty as a kid eating grapes because he thought "these are too good to be good for me!"  HA!! I got the bag of chips for FREE using a coupon that is no longer available. My week started off thinking about the word Namaste. After every yoga class, both teacher and student utter this phrase. One of several cool meanings of Namaste is: the light in me bows to the light in you. Which is pretty cool to think of each of us having light and goodness within.
