GIVEAWAY: Geek Gift Set from Uncommon Goods! -CLOSED-

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

Uncommon Goods is a great place to find gifts for geeks. :)  I think this Eye Glasses Holder is AWESOME!  Now my husband has somewhere to rest his hardworking glasses. :)  It is hand carved and was created by HSSS, a non-profit in India that helps underprivileged artisans.  (glasses not included of course)

Next in the Geek Gift Set is the Clear Staple-less Staplers!  They come as a set of two and there are no staples!!  A small hole is made and cinched by paper flaps!
It holds together really well too, I was very impressed.  I've always worried about having staplers around, but not these.  And it doesn't jam or run out of anything :)
Lastly in the set is the Evolution Erasers.  This also comes in a set of two.  One end is in the shape of a person while the other is a monkey...lol  You can start erasing at either end, or cut it in half to see what the middle looks like. :)

All of these geek gifts are HIGH quality, not to mention super useful.  If you know a geek or just someone who likes cool stuff, this would be a great gift!  Take a look around Uncommon Goods for more cool gifts for guys or gals.

One reader will win a Geek Gift Set! US only

Gardner Village Series: Country Furniture & Gifts

Gardner Village is a local treasure. If you've never found your way down there, October is the month to do it!  The shop owners love Halloween! The village becomes a witch village and many times, shop owners will even dress up.   On my most recent trip to Gardner Village, I stopped in at Country Furniture & Gifts which is a store very ready for Halloween.

The store is located in part of the old restored flour mill built in 1877 by Archibald Gardner in West Jordan, Utah.  The store is very family oriented and houses many built-to-last items such as dining room tables, sofas, beds and chairs.  They are also famous for their rug room where many of their rugs are still USA made. As they say, "A rug makes a huge impact for a minimum investment to any room."

The home accessories and giftware are amazing!  They have all sorts of decor for all sorts of personalities. Please be sure to pay them a visit.  It's worth it!

Add lemon juice 1 tsp at a time to taste
