So the other day I tried to use a coupon from Shortcuts.com com that I loaded onto my Smith's Rewards Card....and it DIDN'T come off! So I sent a dispute email and they got back to me THAT day and credited my account. They even added $.05 :):) The next time I used my card it came off! I couldn't be happier with their customer service!!
I say this because I used to not use eCoupons because I was afraid of that happening. But as long as you are right, the situation gets fixed quick! At least in my experience. :) Hopefully you've had positive experiences as well.
If you need to dispute:
log in to Shortcuts.com
then select: Electronic Coupon Redemption
Choose subtopic: My electric coupons didn't redeem when I shopped
Then complete dispute form
