Here is my shopping trip last night at Smiths.  I spent about $5.  Not very impressive I know, but here are my tips:

Buy SOBE's for .24 each using BOGO FREE printable.
(prints more than twice - use back button)
You need to buy 8 to get this price (I did--one is missing from the picture :)

Hefty OneZip bags are now .50 each with $1/2 printable!!

Buy coconut so you can make the best granola EVER!  I can't make it fast enough!

My zucchini plants are always out of control.  I could eat zucchini every day if I knew what to do with it all.  NOW I DO!

Lauren at GoLo Kitchen posted a recipe for Pizza Stuffed Zucchini!  Would you look at that!!!

Add that to the previous zucchini post Veronica did, and I need to add another plant to my garden next year!  Seriously...look at that picture!  I need to go eat...

Also you can shred zucchini and freeze it to make zucchini bread.  I still have some frozen from last year and the bread is fantastic!!  That recipe plus more will be up later this week!

Zucchini & Olive Flatbread:


The recipe is easy and the meal is healthy for a pizza :).  I substituted the black olives for green olives.  I find the green olive to taste so much better than the black olive - but this is my opinion. 

The actual recipe is from Giada de Laurentis from the Food Network.

The pizza dough recipe however is from my favorite Food Network star, Ina Garten.  I was able to make dough for two pizzas/flatbreads, so I froze the half I didn't use!
