I found this great recipe on Recipezaar and decided to try it. It was so good that each week Im going to try another recipe in the crock pot and post it on Wednesdays. Crock Pot Thai Chicken Thighs Here are all the ingredients I used, looks weird am I right?? Here it is all assembled All done after 6 hours on low. I put it over rice and sprinkled with peanuts. These pictures don't really do it justice, It was SOOO good!
