It was my son's first birthday the other day and I made a Bundt Cake out of my favorite Zucchini Bread recipe! My kids loved it, and you can eat it for breakfast!
Same directions, just changed the pan. It took a little over an hour to cook. Make sure you grease and flour the pan really good. I had to doctor mine up a bit. :);)
Also don't overcook or you'll need to find some frosting and milk. Can't go wrong I guess. lol
