Favorite Blog Today: I'm a Lazy Mom

My friend sent me a link to I'm a Lazy Mom because they have a great pudding recipe that also uses Cool Whip! So if you still have tons of both from recent sales you'll want to check out this recipe for a Chocolate Eclair Dessert. Once I saw the picture I realized my sister in law made this for us a few weeks ago. So I can say...IT IS GOOD!

Ed (my husband) was just making fun of me this morning for having so much Cool Whip in our tiny freezer. How do I pass up FREE Cool Whip though...that's what I want to know. Anyway I'm glad to have another recipe for it. :)
