3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. white sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10x15 jelly roll pan.
In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Fold in mashed bananas. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until set. Cool completely before cutting.
I found this recipe on AllRecipes.com. I made a few changes. #1 - I didn't have a jelly roll pan, so I used a small cookie sheet. #2- because of this, I had to increase my time - I ended up cooking it for closer to 30 minutes (after 20 minutes, it was still a little doughy in the center). But, they were SO GOOD! I will definitely be making these more often!! Note: This post may contain a sponsored/affiliate/referral link. Thank you for supporting this site!
