I made Crumb Coated Chicken Thighs last night and they were AMAZING! Especially considering how little work was involved.
I bought the thighs at Fresh Market yesterday for $1.00!
All you do is add the ingredients into a ziplock bag
You can even double the recipe, make 2 bags and save the other one for another day. :)
Then just coat the chicken and bake! Seriously REALLY GOOD! I was surprised actually, as was my husband, which is a little insulting... :)

what temp and time for baking...looks yummy!
You bake it at 400 for 40 minutes. Click on the link and you'll get the recipe with much better directions :)
