Freezer Spaghetti Sauce

This week it was Spaghetti for us.  I found a great freezer spaghetti sauce recipe a couple years ago.   I make it when tomatoes are fresh from the garden or cheap from the store.  It makes 3 quarts.

Pictured is 1 quart of the sauce I made awhile ago.  I also add 1 can of tomato paste, toasted pine nuts if I have them, and 1 lb of ground beef.  I've tried this recipe cooking it for an hour but it is FAR better in the crockpot cooking on low for 6 hours.

This is YUMMY!!! I make the sauce every fall as well thanks to you. Matter of fact I am almost out of sauce. I think I only have one more in my freezer.
