Crockpot Wednesdays

I found this great recipe on Recipezaar and decided to try it. It was so good that each week Im going to try another recipe in the crock pot and post it on Wednesdays.


Here are all the ingredients I used, looks weird am I right??

Here it is all assembled

All done after 6 hours on low. I put it over rice and sprinkled with peanuts. These pictures don't really do it justice, It was SOOO good!

Yummy! I so want to try this. I recently bought a case of peanuts from Smiths when they were on sell for $.50 and I need something to do with them other then just eat them out of the jar! (well I guess it makes a good snack for our food storage as well)
