I'm still loving
Revolt Fitness :) Nichole has been busy enhancing the website and making great changes. There is even now a
Revolt Fitness Blog where you can read tips and inspirational stories. My favorite part about this plan is that I don't have to worry about what to make for dinner anymore, and I LOVE the different workout videos. Still not sick of it :):) I know I keep saying that, but I'm truly surprised that this is still working for me. I'm down 14 pounds and I've definitely gained some muscle...YAY. My husband is doing this with me too and he is bulking up! Plus we both feel better...I think my eyes are even whiter...lol
It's $10 a month and you have access to the meal plans and the daily workout videos that Nichole shoots in her living room. There are 3 cardio days, 1 upper body sculpt, 1 lower body sculpt, and 2 rest days. You can now also get 3 months access for $27 or a lifetime of access for $50!!! So much cheaper than the gym!! Plus the private Facebook page is full of encouragement and motivation. You can ask questions and get answers.
This week for lunch is a Turkey Vegetable soup. It is SOOOO GOOOD!! My husband said he would pay for it at a restaurant!! He has said this about a few of the recipes we have tried in this plan. Here is the recipe if any of you are interested in trying it out. (typing the recipe out I realized a forgot to add a few things...lol I guess you can't go wrong with this one! :))
Turkey Vegetable Soup
-from the Revolt Fitness Plan
1lb ground turkey
1C chopped celery
1C chopped carrots
1C spinach
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 C Water
1/2 C salsa
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Kosher Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Brown the ground turkey, until crumbled and browned. Add all the other ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1 hour on medium low heat, adding water and/or chicken broth as needed.
